Terms and Conditions
Membership
- Please be aware at all current memberships are 6 direct debit payments.
- Members can end their membership agreement with 30 days notice.
- Massages are banked and never expire (if you cancel, all massages must be used within 1 month).
- Members can gift or transfer massage time to friends, family and colleagues based on their subscribed membership’s terms and conditions.
- Members benefit from additional discounts on other treatments provided by us during an active subscription period.
- Members may split their massage treatment time as guided within their active subscription period ie 60min massage into 2 x 30min sessions.
- All members are entitled to use of a towel when opting to use the Spa facilities at The Club. These can be collected at reception on entry to The Club. We kindly ask that you place your towel after use in the towel bins at reception on departure.
- Memberships can be put ‘on hold’ for up to 2 months, with a £10.00 rolling fee for each month of the pause.
- Please note that memberships are not transferable, however massages can be gifted as mentioned above.
- Please be aware that all memberships auto-renew on a month to month basis after the initial term, with a month’s notice to cancel.
- All memberships benefit from a free 30-minute massage credit per friend referred.

We offer three membership packages:
- Basic: £50.00 per month for a 30-minute massage.
- Standard: £70.00 per month for a 60-minute massage.
- Premium: £90.00 per month for a 90-minute massage.
- Elite: £110.00 per month for a 120-minute massage.
All memberships include a choice of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lava Shell, Pre/Post Natal, Reflexology, Indian Head, Thai Herbal Compress, Heated Maya Abdominal, Maya Abdominal, and Table Thai Yoga Stretch.
Yes!
- Basic: You can extend your massage to 60 minutes for £20.00 or 90 minutes for £40.00.
- Standard: You can split your massage into two 30-minute sessions or extend to 90 minutes for £20.00 or 120 minutes for £40.00.
- Premium: You can split your massage into two 45-minute sessions or extend to 120 minutes for £20.00 or 180 minutes for £40.00.
- Elite: You can split your massage into two 45-minute or 60-minute sessions and extend to 180 minutes for £20.00.
Yes, for an additional £10.00 per month, you can roll over any unused massage credits.
Yes, you can share your massage time up to 3 times per year with the Basic, Standard and Premium memberships and 6 times a year with the Elite membership.
All memberships include:
- Complimentary water, tea, and coffee
- Discounts on other treatments (10% for Basic, 15% for Standard, 20% for Premium and 25% for Elite)
- Access to spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, towel, and gym)
- 15% off food and drinks at Chilworth Manor Hotel
- Free parking
