We are a professional holistic therapy service based in Southampton. We provide a range of holistic and complementary face and body treatments in, and around Southampton. We provide a range of results-driven therapeutic treatments such as facial, massages, waxing, manicures, reflexology and more. We offer flexibility and convenience in the way we approve your healing, rejuvenation and relaxation needs.

Outside our treatment facility in Southampton, we cater for corporate and group bookings providing a range of remedial and luxurious treatment packages to residents and businesses. With some notice, our fully trained and qualified therapists can provide a bespoke service that you and your party or team will truly appreciate.

Welcome to Endulge Holistic Therapy, founded by Brenda in 2015 with the mission of promoting healthier, positive lifestyles. After a successful career in IT administration, Brenda transitioned to the field of holistic therapy in 2012. She pursued extensive training at various esteemed centers in England, enhancing her skills and knowledge in the health and wellness sector. Brenda has had the honor of training with some of the leading massage masters, including Jidapha Wilkinson, a five-time gold medalist and judge from the International Massage Association (IMA).
With over a decade of experience in the wellness and beauty industry, Brenda combines her expertise to help individuals understand and manage a variety of skin defects and musculoskeletal conditions through tailored holistic therapy and nutrition. Each treatment is bespoke, designed to meet the unique needs, lifestyles, and goals of our clients.
In April 2024, Brenda expanded her passion for wellness and nutrition by creating high-performing superfoods, allowing her to support her clients well beyond their treatments. These exceptional organic products are available for purchase in our online shop, at The Club located in Chilworth Manor Hotel, and at our newest branch in Fiona Clinic Uganda.
